In winter 2019 I started to work for LexisNexis Tech Hub in Shanghai, Chain - designing the artificial intelligence integrated internal tools to provide better user-friendly experiences that accelerate the editorial process.
So far, I helped the team level up the user experience of the edit process and leading efforts in developing long term design visions. Some of the high impact projects include:
Establish the new online edit tools for main editorial workflows in US, Canada and UK.
Work closely with cross functional teams, cross regains (US, UK, Canada and Philippine…etc.)
Introduce design thinking by changing the way how team discuss and solve problems.

Redesign the editorial experience with AI
How could we accelerate the current summary process and leverage AI predicted results in editor tool? I lead the redesign and co-work with AI team to allow editors to work more efficiently with the up-to-date tool.
